Dieuwertje de Leeuw specialises in company, contract and procedural law. Dieuwertje counsels and litigates in matters involving commercial disputes, including contract disputes, acquisition-related disputes, shareholder conflicts and directors’ and officers’ liability. She is also a legal specialist in the areas of attachments, garnishments and foreclosures, and has garnered a wide range of experience in relation to disputes in the financial sector.
Dieuwertje publishes and lectures on a regular basis. Her academic activities include serving as a guest lecturer at the Vrije Universiteit in a course on the fundamentals of corporate and company law.
