Youp specialises in company law, liability law and private international law. He also has experience with class action lawsuits. Youp advises and litigates in commercial and company law disputes, including shareholder disputes, liability disputes and class action lawsuits. He also has experience with advising on and litigating cross-border disputes governed by international law.

Youp has completed two master’s degrees focusing on private international law. His first thesis was nominated for the thesis prize awarded by the Molengraaff Institute for Private Law.

Youp is also involved with public interest organisations that provide affordable legal assistance.
