Mirjam Vis is Operations Director at Finch. She is responsible for the operational management of the office and focuses on strategy, business operations and organisational development. She also contributes to Finch’s continued growth and positioning.

Mirjam has extensive experience in business development, change management and operational leadership. She has worked for both public and private organisations and has held various management and interim roles. In these roles, she has guided organisations across a range of sectors through growth, professionalisation and complex changes.

This broad experience enables her to link strategic issues to day-to-day practice. At Finch, she is committed to creating an efficient, future-proof organisation in which quality, collaboration and sustainable growth are central elements.

Mirjam studied Technical Business Administration. Driven by her interest in human behaviour and organisational development, she also studied Psychology. This combination of analytical and people-centred expertise forms the basis of her approach.
