Lars Boersma specializes in collective actions and commercial disputes. He represents clients in complex matters involving mass damage claims, contractual disputes, and corporate litigation.

Lars works on cases with an international dimension and has a particular interest in proceedings where legal, commercial, and societal interests intersect. He advises and represents clients throughout all stages of a dispute, from strategic advice and negotiations to litigation. His work is characterized by sharp legal analysis, thoughtful litigation strategy, and an understanding of the broader context of a dispute.

Before joining Finch, Lars focused on corporate and commercial disputes and M&A transactions. Prior to that, he worked as a legal analyst at a Dutch multinational. This experience enables him to quickly grasp complex legal and commercial issues and approach disputes from different perspectives. His broad background helps him develop practical and strategic solutions tailored to his clients’ interests.
