Koen is dedicated to representing clients in corporate legal disputes. With his background as an economist, Koen comprehends the business models and financial realities of his clients. This allows him to propose creative and effective solutions that are not only legally sound but also seamlessly align with the strategic goals of the client.

Koen frequently appears in court. Notably, he has successfully defended the interests of clients in inquiry proceedings, squeeze-out procedures, liability cases, takeover disputes, and coverage discussions under warranty & indemnity insurance policies. Additionally, Koen has extensive experience in matters involving (ESG) shareholder activism.

Before joining Finch, Koen worked at Van Doorne for over seven years. Koen also teaches at the professional training course for lawyers (The Law Firm School).
