Carlijn advises and litigates on company law disputes. She is a specialist in the field of corporate governance and assists companies, (supervisory) directors and shareholders in resolving deadlock situations within (the decision-making process of) the organization. In addition, Carlijn litigates in matters involving (directors’ and officers’) liability and shareholder disputes. Carlijn not only has extensive experience in preliminary relief proceedings and proceedings on the merits, but also regulary acts in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Division.

Previously, Carlijn worked as a legal counsel at a bank, as well as at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, where she was involved in complex (international) attachment proceedings.
