Profile

Kenya Limburg advises and litigates in the field of corporate law. Her practice focuses on shareholder disputes, including inquiry proceedings and withdrawal and expulsion proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer). She regularly advises buyers and sellers in post-closing disputes. In addition, she assists companies, directors and shareholders with issues relating to corporate governance. Kenya has a strong affinity with family businesses and foundations with a trust office (STAK).

Before joining Finch, Kenya worked as an attorney-at-law at Wijn & Stael.
