Tom Dijkhuizen specialises in company- law disputes and corporate governance issues. He advises companies, shareholders, directors and officers, and supervisory directors. He also has experience with inquiry proceedings and class action lawsuits. Finally, he regularly advises companies about their board and supervisory structure.

Tom previously worked as a lecturer and researcher at Leiden University. He is currently writing his dissertation on corporate governance at banks. He publishes regularly on this topic and on related corporate governance issues.
