Profile
Stefan specialises in company-law disputes and litigates matters involving issues of corporate governance and impaired shareholder relationships, as well as acquisition- and trade-related disputes. He also advises companies on optimising their legal structure and counsels directors and officers, shareholders and supervisory authorities on their legal position.
Stefan has in-depth knowledge of corporate law and specific experience with inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Division. He worked at a bank himself and also has experience with proceedings concerning financial law, such as violations of the duty of care and the applicability of the Dutch Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act.
