Lars specializes in (international) shareholder disputes, director liability litigation, post-M&A disputes and commercial disputes. In addition, Lars has experience in attachment proceedings.

Lars completed both his bachelor’s degree in international business law and his masters in Corporate Law at Leiden University. He also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Tax Law & Economics and completed a program in international business law and finance at the Shanghai Finance University. Prior to being admitted to the bar he worked as a legal analyst at an offshore marine contractor.
