Anniek Smook works as a paralegal at Finch. She specializes in corporate law, with a particular focus on enquiry proceedings and dispute resolution proceedings.

Anniek completed her master’s degree in Corporate law (cum laude) at Utrecht University. Her master’s thesis on the legal position of the temporary director and supervisory board member appointed by the Enterprise Chamber was nominated for the thesis award of the Molengraaff Instituut voor Privaatrecht. During her studies, Anniek was a fellow at the Utrecht Law Clinic, organized the Utrechtse Bedrijvendag and provided exam training in insolvency law.
