Profile

Anne specializes in liability law and collective action law. She primarily advises on and litigates cross-border trade and competition disputes, as well as mass damage claims (class actions). She is particularly interested in cases involving large-scale harm caused by defective products.

Anne holds a Master’s degree cum laude in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam, where she also worked as a junior lecturer. After being sworn in as an attorney in 2022, Anne joined Hausfeld in Amsterdam, where she honed her practice in class action law. In 2025, she brought her expertise to Finch, continuing her dedication to client-focused legal solutions.
